Exchange and return policy
We are in Hanin We are keen to provide a distinguished online shopping experience and satisfy our customers. Products can be exchanged or returned according to the following conditions:
Replacement terms:
- The customer has the right to replace the product within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Shipping Fees: The customer bears the shipping costs based on the city being shipped to.
- In case of manufacturing defect or wrong product received , replacement will be made free of charge without any shipping charges. Only policy fee.
Return Terms:
- The customer has the right to return the product within 1 day from the date of receiving the order.
- Shipping fees: The customer is charged shipping or delivery fees.
- Refund period: The amount will be refunded within 1 to 14 working days after the refund request is approved.
General Terms:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused or unopened, with the original packaging intact .
- Damaged or defective products: In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage to the product , the store will replace or return it without any shipping or delivery fees .

*The customer bears all shipping and delivery costs in the event of a return or exchange, unless the product is damaged or defective .
